Alyssa Krumlauf, PhD, is an associate director in the Clinical Effectiveness and Decision Science unit at PCORI. She has a doctorate in behavioral and community health from the University of Maryland School of Public Health. Before coming to PCORI, she worked as an investigator at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism studying sleep and other health behaviors in diverse and vulnerable populations, served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland and George Washington University and worked as a scientific review officer at the NIH Center for Scientific Review.
