Felicity Enders, Ph.D., MPH, is a professor of biostatistics at Mayo Clinic with over 170 publications and an H-index of 45. Her research focuses on hidden curriculum for research, a topic that provides a novel lens to understand and overcome barriers for research for people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and on life course measures of discrimination and stress, which she has developed and is testing. Both are aligned with her joint leadership for education and diversity as Program Director for the Minnesota Learning Health System, Associate Director and TL1 Program Director for the Mayo Clinic Center for Clinical and Translational Science, and Deputy Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center.
