Stephanie DeLuca, Ph.D., is currently a policy advisor for Senator Tammy Duckworth of Illinois. DeLuca has served in this position, working on healthcare and disability policy, since November 2020. Prior to her current role, she was a senior legislative aide for Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania from March 2019 to October 2020 and the biophysical society/AAAS congressional fellow from 2016 to 2017 in the Office of Senator Elizabeth Warren from Massachusetts. Stephanie was the American Chemical Society science policy fellow from 2014 to 2016, and she received her doctorate degree from the Vanderbilt Chemical and Physical Biology Program in 2015.
